The TV anime Chitose-kun Is in a Ramune Bottle is set to begin airing this October. Along with the announcement, the first key visual, a promotional video featuring character voices, and individual character visuals have been released.
Originally written by Hiromu and published by Shogakukan, the coming-of-age novel was inducted into the This Light Novel is Amazing! Hall of Fame by Takarajimasha. The story follows Saku Chitose (voiced by Shogo Sakata), a popular student at Fujishi High School—the top prep school in Fukui Prefecture. Surrounded by admired friends and enjoying a seemingly perfect life, Saku is suddenly asked to help rehabilitate a reclusive classmate.

The character voice promotional video features memorable lines from Saku, Yuuko Hiiragi (voiced by Manaka Iwami), Yuku Uchida (Hina Miyajima), Yuzuki Nanase (Ikumi Hasegawa), You Aomi (Rumi Okubo), and Asuka Nishino (Chika Anzai), along with visuals of each character.

In addition, the ongoing collaboration with Fukui Prefecture—Chiramune Fukui Collaboration, which began in 2022—will return this year as Chiramune Fukui Collaboration 2025. The theme for this year is “Encounter.” Fans can enjoy meeting the heroines through a smartphone app, and various activities are planned, including the release of original visuals illustrated by raemz, the original character designer, as well as exclusive merchandise sales. On the first day of the event, August 1, the Fukui Phoenix Fireworks—a beloved summer tradition in the prefecture—will also take place. Further details will be announced at a later date.
