Selected episodes of “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War” series to begin broadcasting on April 6th; commemorative visual released

A selection of episodes from the TV anime series “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War” has been announced, and a commemorative visual has been released.
The selection of episodes from the TV series will be broadcast as “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War ~Memories Selection~” and will start on April 6th at 9:30pm on TOKYO MX and 10:30pm on BS11.
The original work is “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War ~The Geniuses’ War of Love and Brains~”, a romantic comedy manga serialized by Akasaka Aka in “Weekly Young Jump” (published by Shueisha) and other magazines from 2015 to 2022. Set at Shuchiin Academy, where talented students gather, the story follows the student council president Miyuki Shirogane (CV: Furukawa Makoto) and vice president Kaguya Shinomiya (Koga Aoi), who are attracted to each other, as they engage in a battle of wits to get the other to confess first. There are 28 volumes in total. The anime version of the TV series, the first season “The Geniuses’ War of Love and Brains” was broadcast in 2019, the second season “The Geniuses’ War of Love and Brains” in 2020, and the third season “Ultra Romantic” in 2022. The new work “First Kiss Never Ends” was screened in theaters at the end of 2022 and will be broadcast on TV in 2023.
The commemorative visual is designed to evoke the path of the red thread between Kaguya and Shirogane, and is dotted with famous scenes from the series.
