“I am the evil lord of an interstellar nation!” Shinichiro Miki, Yoji Ueda, and Toru Inada confirmed to appear in the film; second promotional video and theme song information also released

Additional chat, second PV, and theme song information announced

It has been decided that Shinichiro Miki, Yoji Ueda, and Toru Inada will appear in the TV anime “I Am the Evil Lord of an Interstellar Nation!”. The second PV, theme song, and artists in charge have also been released.
The original work is a science fiction fantasy by Mishima Yume, which originated from the novel submission site “Let’s Become a Novelist”. Liam Sera Banfield (CV: Hanae Natsuki), who was reincarnated as the head of an earl family that governs the borders of the interstellar nation “Algrand Empire”, reflects on his past life in which he lived a good life but was constantly robbed, and acts as an “evil lord” who is the robber and tries to oppress the people, but contrary to his feelings, his likability increases and he ends up being thanked by the people. A comic book adaptation by Kai Nadashima is also being serialized on Overlap’s manga distribution site Comic Gardo.

Yasushi (CV: Miki Shinichiro)

Miki plays Yasushi, a conman who calls himself a member of the mysterious “Issenryu” school of swordsmanship and is invited to be Liam’s sword master. Ueda plays Brian Beaumont, a loyal butler who has served the Banfield family since Liam’s great-grandfather’s time, and Inada plays Goaz, the leader of the “Goaz Pirates,” a vicious space pirate gang that has destroyed many planets.

Goas (CV: Toru Inada)

In the second PV, Liam and the mysterious being who reincarnated him, the Guide (Takehito Koyasu), as well as new characters played by three additional cast members, are featured with voices. Liam, who seeks great power to oppress others, asks Yasushi to become his apprentice, Brian worries that he may have fallen into a honey trap, and Goas is determined to crush Banfield.

2nd PV for the TV anime “I am the evil lord of an interstellar nation!” | The TV anime will start broadcasting on the “ANiMAZiNG!!!” slot on April 5, 2025!

The opening theme song, “Uchuu-teki MYSTERY”, will be performed by the female idol group Saishu Mirai Shoujo. The ending theme song, “Nantokaku” will be sung by Fujisaki Nagi, who is also a member of Saishu Mirai Shoujo.
The broadcast date and time for the first episode have also been announced, and it will start airing on ABC TV and 24 TV Asahi affiliated stations nationwide in the anime slot “ANiMAZiNG!!!” at 2am on April 5th, and on AT-X from 9:30pm on April 8th.

I’m Yoji Ueda, who plays Brian Beaumont. He has served the Banfield family since Liam’s great-grandfather’s generation, and is a fluent speaker, mainly explaining things to viewers through Liam. He also fluently reprimands his master while negotiating with him. It’s a fun role that’s worth playing. I hope the good atmosphere on set will be conveyed to everyone through the story, and I’m looking forward to the show airing.

[Toru Inada (Gores)]

I hate Gores. I want everyone to hate him more and more, because he’s such a hateful guy, so I played him in a way that made everyone hate him and made them angry. It’s super fun to play a role like this. Even if you hate Gores, please don’t hate this anime!
