It has been officially announced that Aina the End will perform the opening theme song for the second season of the TV anime Dandadan. Alongside this, the second promotional video has also been released.

Based on the original manga by Yukinobu Tatsu, Dandadan is a battle-action series currently serialized on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ app, with over 10 million copies in circulation. The story follows Momo Ayase (voiced by Shion Wakayama), a girl from a family of spiritualists who believes in ghosts but denies aliens, and her classmate Ken Takakura (aka Okarun, voiced by Natsuki Hanae), an occult fanatic who believes in aliens but denies ghosts. After a mysterious encounter, both gain supernatural powers and confront bizarre phenomena beyond human comprehension. The anime’s first season aired 12 episodes between October and December 2024.

The opening theme song for Dandadan Season 2, performed by Aina the End, is an all-new track titled “Kakumei Dochuu”. A snippet of the song is featured in the latter half of the newly released second PV.

The PV opens with a scene of a mysterious, ominous man in briefs furiously venting his anger. It also highlights moments such as Jiji (voiced by Kaito Ishikawa) sympathizing with Jashi (Mutsumi Tamura), Turbo Granny (Mayumi Tanaka) scolding Jiji, and an intense battle between Okarun and the briefs-clad man. In addition, there are many new eye-catching cuts, including a monster that resembles a musician and a scene featuring Momo in a maid outfit.
