“I’m Falling in Love Anyway” Season 2 production confirmed. PV showing continuation of the final episode of Season 1 released

The decision has been made to produce “Season 2” of the TV anime “Douse, Koi Shimaunda” and the PV has been released. The announcement was made after the final episode of “Season 1” aired late at night on March 27th.
The work is based on a shojo manga currently being serialized in “Nakayoshi” (published by Kodansha). It depicts the love story between Nishino Miho, a high school girl aspiring to be a manga artist, and her four childhood friends who grew up like family. “Season 1” of the TV anime began airing this January.

The PV depicts the continuation of the final episode of “Season 1,” with Mizuho saying, “I’ll accept it all, because this is the outcome of the choice I made,” Hazawa Teruzuki, Kashiwagi Mikami, Hoshikawa Shugo, and Izumi Ai talking about their respective feelings, and a scene in which Teruzuki, now an adult, says, “I’ve come to see Mizuho.”

Thank you for the decision to make a second season of the TV anime “Douse, Koi Shirunda.”! With the brilliance of youth in 2020 in their hearts, Mizuho, Kizuki, Mikami, Ai, and Shugo, who have become adults 10 years later, will face love and dreams beyond the framework of childhood friends. With the light and music direction unique to anime, and the wonderful acting of the cast, I am excited that the second season will also have a dramatic and fresh atmosphere.
