The manga “The Rewinder of Fate,” currently being serialized in “Monthly CoroCoro Comic,” has been decided to be made into a TV anime, and the super teaser visual and super teaser PV have been unveiled.
Director Matsumoto Rie of “Blood Blockade Battlefront” and Bones Film (the new name of the animation production/production division of Bones) have teamed up again to produce the anime, and STORY inc., the company behind “Suzume no Tojimari” and “Kimi no Iro,” will be producing it.
The film is a time leap action story about heroes who use the time machine “Retry Eye” implanted in their right eyes to rewind time over and over again until they find a way to save people who have died tragically, and who never give up and always save them.

[Matsumoto Rie (director)] “The Rewinder of Fate” is a story about saving people. And as the name suggests, it’s a story about going back to the past. The main character, Chrono, travels back and forth between the past and future many times in order to rescue the target from the fate of death (stop), and while he himself is worn out, he steadily records and reflects on his actions, and his appearance warms my heart every time.
