Synopsis: Puberty Syndrome—a mysterious phenomenon rumored to be caused by an unstable mental state. Having encountered various girls with Puberty Syndrome during his high school years, Sakuta Azusagawa is now a university student. He attends a university in Kanazawa-Hakkei with his girlfriend, Mai Sakurajima, a nationally popular actress. He spots a miniskirt Santa on campus out of season. He’s shocked. “You can see me!” That’s a line he’s heard somewhere before. The miniskirt Santa, who tells Sakuta she’s gifting him Puberty Syndrome, tells him, “I’m Kirishima Touko.” Along with precognitive dreams trending on social media, an unidentified internet singer, poltergeists, and other mysterious phenomena, this mysterious story of emotionally unstable girls begins anew. Adolescence never ends.
