I’m Crazy About You PV & Karaoke! Episode

“I’m Crazy About You.” Main PV Released

The main PV for the TV anime “I’m Crazy About You,” which will begin airing on August 21st, has been released.

Based on the original work by Yama Wayama, this omnibus-style coming-of-age drama depicts the human dramas of adolescence, including Joji Ema (Kouki Uchiyama), who is strangely harassed by his mysterious classmate, Mira Hayashi (Kensho Ono), and Yuichi Metaka (Yuki Ono), who is depressed because Akira Nikaido (Nobuhiko Okamoto), a creepy character hated at school, is now sitting behind him. The TV anime, which will be animated by Doga Kobo, will be broadcast consecutively from the original work “Karaoke Ikou!”, which has been airing since July 24th.

The main promotional video features the voices of Hayashi, Ema, Nikaido, and Metaka. It also features the first preview of a portion of the opening theme song “Ruble” sung by Keina Suda.

In addition, an original episode of the “Let’s Go to Karaoke!” anime will air. It depicts the aftermath of the karaoke competition and will air as the fifth episode of “Let’s Go to Karaoke!” after the five-episode “I’m Crazy About You.” series.

It has also been announced that the Blu-ray and DVD box sets of “Let’s Go to Karaoke!” and “I’m Crazy About You.” will be released simultaneously on December 24th. Both will include bonus footage, such as a post-recording talk entitled “Let’s Go to the Dubbing!” First-run bonuses include a reproduction of an original illustration by Yama Yama, an original sticker, and more. The Blu-ray will be priced at ¥16,500, and the DVD at ¥14,300. To commemorate the release, a talk event will be held at Animate Ikebukuro Main Store on November 15th, featuring Okamoto and Horie Shun, who plays Oka Satomi in “Karaoke Iko!”. Those who pre-order both titles at Animate stores nationwide will be entered into a lottery to be invited.
