These new stills were released as the first bonus for the “Seriously Bad” counter project, which launched on the official website on May 10. In this project, pressing the “Seriously Bad” button lets you hear Kanna’s voice saying the phrase, and various gifts are unlocked based on the number of presses. The new stills were revealed after the first milestone of 100,000 presses was reached—and the second goal of 3,000,000 presses has already been achieved.

The anime series Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid, produced by Kyoto Animation, is based on a fantasy comedy manga by Cool Kyou Shinja. It depicts the lively daily life of an ordinary office worker, Kobayashi (voiced by Tamura Mutsumi), and her dragon, Thor (Kuwahara Yuki), who lives with her as a maid out of gratitude. The first season, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid, aired in 2017, and the second season, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid S, aired in 2021.

In the movie The Lonely Dragon, a touching family story unfolds as the real father of young Kanna—one of the dragons who gathered around Miss Kobayashi—makes an appearance. The film is set to be released on June 27.
