“Aikatsu!” x “PriPara” collaboration movie to be released this fall
This dream project celebrates the “miracle encounter” between “PriPara” and the Akari generation of “Aikatsu!”, both of which launched in 2014 and are now marking their 10th anniversary.
“Aikatsu!” is a sports-themed success story following girls who aspire to become top idols at the idol training school Starlight Academy, using “Aikatsu! Cards” to engage in various idol activities—known as “Aikatsu!”.
“PriPara” is a friendship-driven story set in the dreamlike idol theme park PriPara, where anyone can become an idol by forming teams and aiming to achieve the status of divine idols.

Ten years have passed since 2014, and now these beloved idols, who have continued to captivate fans with their overwhelming popularity and influence, come together to tell a brand-new story filled with “ten years of love” and “ten years of gratitude” for their loyal supporters.
The newly released teaser visual features Akari Ozora from “Aikatsu!” and Lala Manaka from “PriPara” holding hands—a miraculous moment between two characters who have walked parallel paths for a decade but had never met until now.
The special trailer reveals that the movie will be an all-new original work, featuring a brand-new story and live performance, and shows Akari and Lala sharing the stage together for the first time.
