In the 4th week of March, “The Apothecary Diaries (Season 2)” topped the 2025 Winter Anime Recording Ranking for the 11th consecutive week.
“SAKAMOTO DAYS” in second place and “Ao no Hako” in third place rose one place from last week, while “Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Ojisan” ranked fourth. The third season of “Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story – Kyoto Disturbance,” which has just aired its final episode (https://anime.eiga.com/news/column/aj2025_event/123505/), has been confirmed (https://anime.eiga.com/news/column/aj2025_event/123505/).
From 12:25 a.m. on March 30 (late night on the 29th), NHK BS will be broadcasting an advance preview of the war anime “Cocoon – From Girls of a Summer,” based on the original work by Machiko Kyou.
