This project is a collaboration with the movie “Detective Conan: Flashback of the One-Eyed,” set to be released on the 18th. Collaborations with “Detective Conan” have now become a regular tradition.
The four characters appear across the front and back covers. At first glance, the two groups may seem unrelated, but looking back at past episodes, both share a history of overcoming critical situations together.
This time, with “rescue” as the central theme, the project connects their respective journeys, depicting a “moment of rescue” before an upcoming battle inside and outside the same mansion.

In the large hall, with plates and bouquets scattered around, Kogoro and Eri are seen dressed elegantly, as if attending a party. Kogoro, looking more serious than usual, protectively puts his arm around Eri’s shoulder amid an intense gunfight. Eri’s thrilled expression at Kogoro’s actions is simply irresistible.
Meanwhile, outside the mansion, Kansuke and Takaaki are making their escape. Dressed differently and smiling as if on an undercover mission, they show the perfect coordination that only lifelong friends can have. The moment Takaaki supports the injured Kansuke by putting his arm around his shoulder is beautifully captured.
The magazine’s eighth installment of the “Detective Conan Movie Lesson for Adults” features an in-depth analysis of the characters, focusing on Kogoro Mouri, the driving force of the series, and Nagano Prefectural Police members Yamato Kansuke, Takaaki Morofushi, and Yui Uehara, who will take the spotlight for the first time in the upcoming movie.
It also includes cast interviews with Rikiya Koyama, Yuji Takada, Sho Hayami, and Ami Koshimizu, who provide the character voices.
Additionally, the magazine features an interview with the production team, with director Katsuya Shigehara, making his directorial debut with this film, and screenwriter Takeharu Sakurai discussing how they approached creating a “super authentic mystery.”
The issue is packed with exclusive content, including a specially drawn double-sided pinup featured on both the front and back covers.
