“The Poor and Handy Man Who Was Kicked Out of the Hero’s Party” to be made into a TV anime starring Takeo Otsuka, Hina Tachibana, and Saori Onishi

Miyako Shinju’s light novel “The Jack-of-All-Trades Kicked Out of the Yuusha Party – A Swordsman Who Became an Enchanter Due to Party Circumstances, Becomes an All-rounder” has been decided to be made into a TV anime titled “The Jack-of-All-Trades Kicked Out of the Yuusha Party”, and it has been revealed that Otsuka Takeo, Tachibana Hina, and Onishi Saori will appear. A special announcement, staff, and teaser visuals have also been released.
The original work is a classic fantasy set in another world from “Let’s Become a Novelist”, which has a total of over 3.8 million copies in circulation. Orun Dura, who converted from a swordsman to an enchanter for the sake of his friends and supported them with his own magic, is suddenly notified by the hero’s party that he is no longer a part of the team due to his lack of ability, and he makes a fresh start from being the ultimate “jack-of-all-trades” and aims to become the strongest explorer, the “all-rounder”. A comic adaptation by Yonezou is also being serialized on Niconico Manga’s Wednesday Sirius.

Otsuka plays the main character, Orun, who is mocked by his peers for being a jack of all trades and master of none, and is expelled from the Hero Party. Tachibana plays Sophia Claudel, a new magician from the major clan “Yoten no Gin Usagi”, and Onishi plays Selma Claudel, the continent’s best enchanter, leader of the S-rank party that reigns at the top of “Yoten no Gin Usagi”, and Sophia’s older sister.

The trailer is a video that stirs the imagination as to what kind of path Orun took to become an all-powerful being, and includes a scene in which he fights a mysterious black dragon.

The staff includes director Kobe Hiroyuki of “Plunderer,” series composition by Suzuki Masashi of “Megami-Ryo no Ryomou-kun,” and character design by Nakamura Naoto of “Date A Live V.” Animation studio42 will be in charge of animation production.
The teaser visual shows Orun with a sword in hand, with his sisters Selma and Sophia in the background, showing his strong determination to go from being a jack of all trades to being a master of all things.
