“Hell Teacher Nube” is a new anime adaptation of the occult hero action manga by Makura Sho and Okano Tsuyoshi, which was serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” from 1993 to 1999 and has a total circulation of 29 million copies.

While the stories based on school ghost stories and urban legends make readers tremble, the heroic figure of psychic teacher Nueno Meisuke, also known as “Nube”, who risks his life to protect his students from the threat of monsters and evil spirits, has gained popularity across generations. In addition to being adapted into a TV anime from 1996 to 1997, a movie anime and an OVA were also produced, and in 2014 it was adapted into a TV drama starring Maruyama Ryuhei.
