Full comments from the cast, staff, and original creators are below.
[Kento Ito (role of Seiichiro Kondo)]

It’s been a few years since I recorded a promotional video for the comic with Maeno-san… Since then, I’ve heard a lot of people say things like, “It’s interesting!” and “I wonder if it’ll be made into an anime!” So I was very happy to hear that the anime will be starting with the same cast. Seiichiro is what they call a corporate slave. But he is a corporate slave, but a positive (?) one. He loves working, and it’s become ingrained in his lifestyle, so much so that he ends up pushing himself too hard without even realizing it. I think many people will empathize with him as an introduction to the story. I hope you will watch over the story of his mysterious experiences and strange yet irreplaceable encounters.
[Maeno Tomoaki (role of Aleš Indrak)]

My name is Maeno and I will be providing the voice for Aresh. Just like in the comic book PV, I’m very happy that we’ll be doing the voice acting again. I vividly remember getting excited with the staff when we were recording the first comic book PV a few years ago and saying, “We’d love to see it in the anime too!” The tempo of the dialogue between Ito and me in the comic book PV was also very pleasant, and I will do my best in the dubbing so that both fans of the original work and first-time viewers will be satisfied. Thank you very much for your support.
[Yamashita Seiichiro (role of Norbert)]

My name is Yamashita Seiichiro and I will be playing the role of Norbert. The “reincarnation in another world” style is now mainstream, but I felt that this work brought a new wind to the genre. I’m happy that I feel a connection to the main character’s name (lol), and I will do my best to fully support him in the role I play!
[Tochi Hiroki (Kamil)]

Hi, I’m Tochi Hiroki, who plays Kamil. It’s an isekai BL story, and while I haven’t done much BL work, I’ll do my best. Please look forward to it!
[Ishihira Shinji (Director)] Originally, I had several titles in mind, but DEEN’s Saito-san strongly recommended it, saying, “This is really interesting,” which was the deciding factor for me to direct. Due to the nature of my work, I’ve worked on many Narou-style isekai stories, but my first impression was that I was impressed that BL had made it into this genre. However, Seiichiro’s lines and monologues are clever and logical, yet he also has a somewhat unreliable feel that’s interesting, like a military strategist in an MMORPG. It’s the type of character I like and it makes for a great anime, so I’m confident the show will be very interesting, and I’m enthusiastic about working on it. I’m also careful to make sure that Alesh’s impression changes as his relationship with Seiichiro progresses from the first episode, making it a highlight. The characters are diverse and many with strong personalities, so you’ll never get bored. I particularly like Kamil, Zoltan, and Cipriano. The few female characters, including Yua, all appear stereotypical at first glance, but they’re not. Their appearance changes as the story progresses, so I was careful to recreate the impression of the original. There’s plenty to enjoy, from romance to intrigue and scheming, so I hope you’ll look forward to it.
[Yamada Akira (Assistant Director)] I’m Yamada, assistant director on “The Case of the Other World is Up to the Company Slave.” I’m doing my best as assistant director. The story highlights how a modern-day company slave struggles in an alternate world, gradually building warm relationships with others, and the interactions between the many amusing characters. I hope you enjoy it!
[Nakamura Yoshiko (Series Composition)] The main character, Seiichiro, coldly views himself as a “company slave,” but I think he’s a “professional worker” who loves his job. It’s satisfying to see them use their powers to solve various problems after being summoned to another world, and the gradual change in their relationship with Alesh, whom they meet there, makes you wonder, “What will happen next!?” and the excitement builds. I hope you all enjoy their adventures in the anime as well.
[Fujii Maki (Character Design)] When I first heard about the role, my thoughts froze in a good way at the powerful words “another world,” “BL,” and “corporate slave.” I hope you’ll enjoy the fascinating characters and their BL life in an alternative world, and I hope to bring empathy and laughter to the protagonist Seiichiro’s corporate slave lifestyle!
[Ohashi Megumi (Music)] When I heard about the role, I thought, “BL in an alternative world, corporate slave??” (laughs), but after reading the original work, I was immediately drawn into the worldview. I created the music while carefully considering the characters’ emotions within the alternative world, so I hope you’ll enjoy that aspect as well.
[Hachigatsuhachi (original work)] “The fate of the other world depends on the corporate slave” is being made into an anime. It’s a surprise that it’s being made into an anime, but it’s all thanks to everyone who supported it. Thank you. It’s a strange feeling to see the story I wrote become a manga and then an anime. I’d like to thank everyone involved. Seiichiro, a corporate slave who can’t stop working even in another world, is treated like a weirdo there as well, and Alesh gets caught up in this and goes from being a cool character to a mother. I can’t wait to see his fun-loving companions in action with everyone.
[Ohashi Kikka (original illustration)] Congratulations on the anime adaptation! As the illustrator and also as a viewer, I can’t wait to see the characters in action. I’m grateful to have been able to be involved in this work.

Congratulations on the anime adaptation of “In Another World, It’s Up to the Company Slave”! Kondo-san remains obsessed with his work even after being transported to another world, and the knight Alesh, who can’t leave him alone. I can’t believe we’ll be able to see the relationships that develop between the various characters from different backgrounds in an anime…! As a fan of the original work, I’m really looking forward to it. And I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff involved in the production.

Kento Ito and Tomoaki Maeno reprise their roles in this otherworldly workplace romance
The announcement of the TV anime adaptation of “The Affairs of Another World Depend on the Company Slave” adds a unique blend of office satire and BL fantasy to the upcoming 2026 anime season. This series has already garnered attention through its promotional video, and with beloved voice actors Kento Ito and Tomoaki Maeno returning, fans can expect a faithful and emotionally rich adaptation.
