In the 4th week of May, the TV anime After Dinner Mysteries made a remarkable leap from 5th place last week to secure the top spot in the seasonal rankings for the first time.
The Apothecary Diaries Season 2, a usual contender for the top, was absent from the rankings due to its May 16th broadcast being postponed for scheduling reasons.
Following in 2nd place was A Country Old Man Becomes a Sword Saint, which was last week’s No. 1, while LAZARUSmaintained its 3rd place position.

Interestingly, Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX—airing in the same slot as The Night Ueda and the Woman Howl in Deep—scored 89 points, just one short of the top.
