“Reincarnation Petals,” a TV anime adaptation of the manga currently serialized in “Monthly Comic Garden” and “MagComi” (published by Mag Garden), is scheduled to air in 2026. The main staff and cast, key visual, and the first trailer have all been announced at once. The main characters will be played by Shoya Chiba, Wakana Maruoka, and Ayane Sakura.
Numerous stills from the promotional video have also been released.

“Petals of Reincarnation,” a manga by Mikihisa Konishi, depicts the story of high school student Toya Senji, who feels inferior because he is “talentless,” but who confronts his past and future after gaining talent. Despite his academic ability, ranking within the top 100 in national mock exams, Toya is still dissatisfied. One day, he witnesses his classmate, Luo Buffet of Haito, fighting a serial killer. He has gained talent through the “Branch of Reincarnation,” a power that allows him to acquire the talents of his past life by decapitating himself.

The cast includes Chiba as the protagonist, Toya, who craves talent and feels intense jealousy toward those who possess it; Maruoka as Luo Buffet, a mysterious classmate with gray hair and eyes; and Sakura as John V. Neumann, the leader of a group of “Mawarimono” (people who have acquired talents from their past lives through the “Branch of Reincarnation”).

Animation production is handled by BENTEN Film.
