The production of the second season of the TV anime Aoashi has been officially confirmed. Scheduled to air in 2026, the animation will once again be handled by TMS Entertainment. Alongside the announcement, a new visual has also been released.

This anime is based on the manga of the same name by Yugo Kobayashi, which began serialization in Weekly Big Comic Spirits (published by Shogakukan) in 2015. It has received numerous accolades, including the 65th Shogakukan Manga Award in the General Category, and the total number of copies in circulation has surpassed 23 million.
