Tougen Anki Tops Summer 2025 Anime Rankings for Fourth Week in a Row
In the second week of August, Tougen Anki secured the No. 1 spot in the Summer 2025 Anime Recording Rankings for the fourth consecutive week. Following closely behind, Kaiju No. 8 (Season 2) held onto second place, trailing by just two points.
The top five remained unchanged from the previous week, with Dandadan (Season 2) in third, Call of the Night (Season 2) in fourth, and SAND LAND: THE SERIES in fifth. Notably, The Summer When the Light Died re-entered the top 10, climbing to sixth place.
Meanwhile, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie – Mugen Castle Arc Chapter 1: Akaza Returns is scheduled for an intensive rebroadcast in the Kanto region on Fuji TV from August 11 to 15, building excitement for the continuing story of the hit franchise.
