“Medalist Anime Season 2 Confirmed: New Visual and Teaser Movie Released”

The decision has been made to make a second season of the TV anime “Medalist.” This was announced after the broadcast of the final episode of the first season late at night on March 29th. A visual and movie commemorating the decision to make a second season were also unveiled.
The series is based on a figure skating manga currently being serialized in “Monthly Afternoon” (published by Kodansha). The story follows Akiura Michiji, who has a failed past as a skater, as he becomes the coach of Yuzuki Inori, a girl who dreams of becoming a figure skater, and the two team up to aim to become glorious medalists. The first season of the TV anime, produced by ENGI, aired from January to March.
