The TV anime adaptation of the fantasy work from the novel submission site “Let’s Become a Novelist”, “Silent Witch: The Secret of the Silent Witch”, has been announced for broadcast starting in July, and the main staff, additional cast, and the first PV have been announced.
The work depicts Monica Everett (CV: Saya Aizawa), a young genius magician known as the “Silent Witch”, who, despite being extremely shy, infiltrates the prestigious Serendia Academy, where aristocrats gather, for a top-secret mission to protect the second prince.

Additional cast members include Shogo Sakata as Felix Ark Rydir, the second prince of the Kingdom of Rydir, and Atsumi Tanezaki as Isabelle Norton, a first-year student at Serendia Academy’s high school who is one of the few to know Monica’s true identity and is one of the few to help her.
The main staff includes Takaomi Kanezaki, known for the “KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World!” series, as general director, writer, and scriptwriter, Yasuo Iwamoto, director of “Princess Connect! Re:Dive Season 2,” and animation production by Studio Go-Gumi.

The first PV depicts the introductory scene of the story, in which Monica, a reclusive genius magician, is tasked with an undercover mission, and her comical struggles at Serendia Academy, as well as a powerful scene in which she defeats a dragon. The video is full of Monica’s charm, combining cuteness and coolness. New character illustrations of Monica, Nero, and Lewis have also been released.
