Original TV Anime “SI-VIS: The Sound of Heroes” Begins Broadcasting in October

It has been announced that the original TV anime “SI-VIS: The Sound of Heroes,” produced by Aniplex and Sony Music, will begin airing on Fuji TV and other channels in October. Starring Daisuke Namikawa, Ayane Sakura, Akari Kito, Nobunaga Shimazaki, and Soma Saito, the series will also feature new footage and cast members.
The series follows the mixed-gender unit “SI-VIS,” who have taken the domestic and international music scene by storm with their incredible vocal and performance talents. They play artist heroes who save the world through music, enthralling people with their live performances and using that power to fight against a mysterious disaster that threatens to destroy the world.

The main cast members all play members of “SI-VIS.” Namikawa plays the leader YOSUKE, Sakura plays Siren, Kito plays μ (Mu), Shimazaki plays Souji, and Saito plays JUNE. The video, which focuses on “SI-VIS,” introduces the group and includes visuals and voice acting for each character.

The staff includes Fumiaki Maruto (“How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend”) as series composition and scriptwriter, with Hidari (“The Magnificent Kotobuki”) as character designer.
The in-game unit “SI-VIS” will be sung by a select group of vocalists from Sony Music. Details of the vocalists will be announced at a later date.
A new teaser visual, drawn by character designer Hidari, has also been released. YOSUKE and the other members of “SI-VIS” are depicted wearing different costumes at their feet, expressing their dual roles as artists and heroes.

Aniplex and Sony Music Entertainment Japan are joining forces to deliver an ambitious original TV anime series in October. With a voice cast featuring top talents like Daisuke Namikawa, Ayane Sakura, Akari Kitou, Nobunaga Shimazaki, and Soma Saito, expectations are already high among anime fans.
