Broadcasting begins on TOKYO MX and MBS in September

“Kengan Ashura Season 2 Part.2,” the final episode of the anime “Kengan Ashura” series, will begin broadcasting on TOKYO MX and MBS in September. Ahead of this, a selection of the best bouts from “Season 2 Part.1” will be rebroadcast from July. In commemoration of the TV broadcast, a retrospective PV “Kengan Ashura in about 5 minutes” was released on the official YouTube channel.

The anime “Kengan Ashura” is based on a manga serialized by Sandrovich Yabako (original author) and Daromeon (manga) on the web comic site “Ura Sunday” and the manga app “Manga One” from 2012 to 2018. It depicts the mysterious fighter Ouma Tokita (CV: Tatsuhisa Suzuki) taking on the “Kengan Shiai”, a proxy war between companies in which fighters hired by companies fight and decide business deals based on the outcome of the fight. The final episode, “Season 2 Part.2”, will be available on Netflix from August 2024, ahead of its television broadcast in September.
