A new seasonal plant-themed visual project is released on the 22nd of each month to celebrate “Nekoneko Day.” The 10th installment, unveiled today, features an April visual inspired by cherry blossoms — the iconic symbol of spring.

In this illustration, Nekoneko and Jinshi are enjoying a peaceful hanami (cherry blossom viewing) under a blooming cherry tree, basking in the spring sunshine. Nekoneko is seen pouring her favorite sake, while Jinshi, with a slightly flushed face, appears to be a bit tipsy. The image offers a rare look at the two in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere.

To commemorate the release, a follow & repost campaign is being held on the official X (formerly Twitter) account of The Apothecary Diaries, where fans can win one of the new visual cards.

Additionally, 34 tracks by composers Satoru Kanzaki, Kevin Penkin, and Arisa Okehazama — featured in the first cour of the anime’s second season — are now available on major streaming platforms.
