The light novel “I Was Almost Killed by My Trusted Companions in the Depths of the Dungeon, but With the Gift ‘Mugen Gacha’ I Got Level 9999 Companions and Will Take Revenge on My Former Party Members and the World and Say ‘Serves You Right!’” (commonly known as Mugen Gacha, published by Hobby Japan) is getting a TV anime adaptation, set to air this fall.
Tamaki Nina will voice the protagonist, Light, while Hasegawa Ikumi will play his partner, Mei. A teaser PV and teaser visuals have also been revealed.

The original work by Meikyou Shisui, which began on the user-generated novel site Shousetsuka ni Narou (“Let’s Become a Novelist”), has become a hit series with over 4.6 million copies in circulation.
The story follows Light, a boy from the human race—considered the weakest and most mocked among the nine races created by the Goddess. After being welcomed into an elite, all-race party known as the “Gathering of the Races,” Light is betrayed and left for dead in the world’s deepest and most dangerous dungeon, the “Abyss.”
Surviving at its bottom, he awakens the true power of his gift, “Infinite Gacha,” and begins a journey of revenge that will shake the world. Volume 12 of the series is scheduled for release on April 18.
Mei

Tamaki Nina will voice Light, a young man who seeks revenge using the rare power of the “Infinite Gacha” boon. Hasegawa Ikumi will play Maid Mei, a level 9999 seeker and the first SUR (Super Ultra Rare) card Light draws—pledging her unwavering loyalty to him.
The anime will be directed by Katsushi Oomi, known for Flying Witch. Series composition and scriptwriting will be handled by Hiroshi Ohnogi (Alice & Zouroku), while character design will be by Yukie Suzuki (Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy Season 2). All three have collaborated with Director Oomi on past projects. Animation production is being handled by J.C.STAFF, the studio behind these titles and the popular Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?series.

The teaser PV introduces the story with narration, giving viewers a glimpse into the world of Mugen Gacha. It also features appearances from several characters whose details have yet to be revealed. The teaser visual shows Light with a fearless smile, holding a card in his hand, while the silhouettes of the former comrades who betrayed him loom in the background
The teaser PV for the upcoming TV anime “I Was Almost Killed by My Trusted Companions in the Depths of the Dungeon, but With the Gift ‘Infinite Gacha’ I Got Level 9999 Companions and Took Revenge on My Former Party Members and the World, and Got What I Deserved!” has been released on the official Isekai Channel by Bandai Namco Filmworks, which currently has over 62,600 subscribers. The anime is set to premiere in autumn 2025.
