To Your Eternity Season 3 Airs This October – Author Shares Deep Connection

The TV anime To Your Eternity Season 3 is set to air on NHK General TV starting this October. A new teaser visual has also been revealed.

This anime is based on the manga of the same name by Yoshitoki Oima, currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha), with over 4 million copies sold. To Your Eternity is a new-era fantasy that follows the eternal journey of an immortal being named Fushi.

Season 3 will finally enter a brand-new chapter: the Present World Arc, set several hundred years after the events of Seasons 1 and 2, which explored the Ancient and Middle Ages.

The newly released teaser visual features Fushi standing in a city illuminated by neon signs and buildings, hinting at a drastic shift to a modern setting—completely different from the past eras. Also pictured are a junior high school girl and a black-haired boy looking at Fushi, sparking curiosity about their roles in the story.

Original author Yoshitoki Oima commented, “As the original creator, I’ve been more closely involved with the Present World Arc than ever before,” and added, “I’m really looking forward to the broadcast,” expressing her excitement for the upcoming season.
