The first Pokémon TV series will be broadcast nonstop for one week starting April 1st, with all previous opening and ending videos also being broadcast at once
The first series of the Pokémon TV series (all 278 episodes) will be broadcast non-stop for one week starting from April 1st, free of charge on ABEMA’s Pokémon Anime Channel.
The Pokémon anime series began on April 1st, 1997, with the first episode being aired. As April 1st is the date on which the Pokémon anime series was first broadcast, ABEMA’s Pokémon Anime Channel will be running a special project to commemorate this. In addition to the one-week non-stop broadcast of the first series, all the opening and ending videos from the AniPokémon series will be broadcast free of charge on March 30th.

In addition, there will be a special project for the new chapter “Mega Voltage” of the latest series “Pocket Monsters (2023)”. From 10:30 pm on March 28th, “SHIBUYA ANIME BASE Special Edition! Anime “Pocket Monsters” New Chapter Commemorative SP!” will be broadcast, introducing the charm of “Mega Voltage”. After the broadcast of the program ends, “Pocket Monsters (2023)” will be broadcast for free for two consecutive weeks.
In addition, to coincide with the terrestrial broadcast of “Mega Voltage” starting on April 11th, all episodes of “Pocket Monsters (2023)” up to the latest episode 89 will be broadcast non-stop for free from April 9th to April 11th.
