It has been decided that “The Demons Plan,” a series serialized on the web comic site “DoraDora Sharp,” will be made into an anime. Takuya Asaoka, known for “Redo of Healer” and “Guild of Depravity,” will be the director, and TNK will be in charge of animation production.

This comedy is based on a manga posted by Kato Takuji on X (formerly Twitter), with illustrations by popular illustrator Gashigashi. The story follows Renbinkyo, the director of the Demon King’s Army Development Bureau, and his assistant Letze as they research and develop traps for adventurers, such as slime that melts clothes and tentacle traps.

To celebrate the anime adaptation, comments and illustrations from the original author Kato and the illustrator Gashigashi have been released. A manga celebrating the anime adaptation has been published in “Dora Dora Sharp”.

I can’t believe it, “The Demon Things” is being made into an anime! It was originally just a hobby manga I posted on social media, but I’ve been able to get this far thanks to my editor who suggested I serialize it, Gashigashi-sensei who shows us the best drawings every time, and above all, all the readers who have supported and cheered me on until now. I’m looking forward to seeing more demonic chemical reactions!
