“Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS” teaser visual released, produced by Seven Arcs

The teaser visual for the TV anime “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance” was unveiled at the King Records booth at “AnimeJapan 2025” being held at Tokyo Big Sight. The staff and serialization schedule for the manga “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS” were also announced.
The series is a completely new TV anime based on the “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha” series, which began in 2004 and was created by Masaki Tsuzuki. The title “EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance” incorporates the elements of “Gun,” “Blaze,” and “Vengeance.” Nanoha Takamachi (CV: Yukari Tamura), who has inherited the intelligent device Raging Heart and gained magical powers, will face various threats with her friends.
The teaser visual shows the series’ protagonist, Nanoha, and Fate T. Harlaown (Mizuki Nana) looking dignified as they hold a new device in their hands.
The main staff includes some of the most iconic faces in the series. Hamana Takayuki, who worked on “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Reflection” and “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Detonation,” will be the director, Tsuzuki Masaki, who also worked on the series, will be the original story and scriptwriter, and Aragaki Kazunari, who also worked on “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Reflection,” will be the character designer and chief animation director. Animation will be produced by Seven Arcs (formerly Seven Arcs Pictures).

The manga “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS,” written by Tsuzuki and illustrated by Kawakami Shuichi, will begin serialization on Kodansha’s manga distribution site “Wednesday Sirius” on April 16th, with the latest chapters updated on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. The first 18 pages of the manga will be visualized exactly as they were in the original work at the “Lyrical☆Store NANOHA 20th Anniversary ~Lyrical Collection~,” which is being held at Namba Marui in Osaka until April 6th.
