The following works will be broadcast on BS12 TwellV’s “Sunday Anime Theater” every Sunday from 7pm from March 16th to 30th.

“Space Battleship Yamato 2199: Voyage of Remembrance” is a special edited version of the TV series “Space Battleship Yamato 2199,” which depicts “Space Battleship Yamato” with new staff and cast. The sequel, “Ark of the Stars,” is a new movie version that tells the side story of “Space Battleship Yamato 2199.”

“Lupin III vs. Cat’s Eye”

“Lupin III vs. Cat’s Eye” is a collaboration work that was released in 2023 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the animation of “Lupin III” and the 40th anniversary of the original “Cat’s Eye”. Set in Tokyo in the 1980s, when “Cat’s Eye” was serialized, Cat’s Eye and Lupin III’s gang engage in a thieving showdown over three paintings left behind by Heinz, the father of Cat’s Eye, a trio of thieving sisters.
