Synopsis
Haimawa Koichi is a dull college student who has given up on his dream of becoming a hero. His secret pleasure is wandering around the city in an All Might cosplay costume, pretending to be a professional hero and helping people. Koichi was living an ordinary life, but he meets Knuckleduster, a mysterious masked man who calls himself a “scum specialist cleaner” and is a member of the self-proclaimed idol pop☆step who performs unauthorized guerrilla live shows, and gets caught up in the activities of the “Vigilantes.” Are these people who can illegally save people criminals who disrupt order, or vigilantes of justice? The story of the “illegal hero” “Vigilantes” begins!
