In the teaser visual, a new character falls from the sky!

The title of the fourth “Sumikko Gurashi Movie” has been decided as “Sumikko Gurashi Movie: The Kingdom of the Sky and the Two Girls”. In addition, a teaser visual and a special trailer featuring the new character “Ouji” have also been released. In addition, comments from narrators Yoshihiko Inohara and Manami Hojo, director Naomi Iwata, and screenwriter Takashi Tsunoda (Europe Kikaku) have also been revealed.

The setting of the fourth movie is the kingdom of the sky, which is located above the clouds. The story begins when the prince from the kingdom of the sky arrives in the town of Sumikko, where rain has been falling continuously. The teaser visual shows the Sumikko looking up at the sky in the rain, and in front of their eyes is the prince descending from the clouds. The silhouette of another new character is also placed next to the prince.

“Sumikko Gurashi: The Kingdom of the Sky and the Two Children” will be released on October 31st. The first round of movie tickets will go on sale on June 27th.

[Inohara Yoshihiko (narration)] New characters join the usual Sumikko community, and how will their relationships change? Will we see a new side of them? Or will they remain completely the same as before? I’m looking forward to seeing that. Since it’s a Sumikko story, I can imagine that they might have some kind of complex. Moreover, this time they come from the sky, so I’m looking forward to seeing what new things they bring to the story!
